Logo Design, Branding, Social Media / Web Design Support
It's an honor to have created the identity and the opportunity to provide graphic design support for the fire department in my hometown of Clarendon, PA.
The design relationship began when asked to create a new department patch. For this, I combined traditional fire department elements (the colors and the Maltese Cross) with a shield (signifying protection) and crossed axes (symbolizing strength). The Department’s rich heritage is conveyed through a bold typeface and the founding date, accented with stars. A sense of community is also represented with the mention of Clarendon Borough and Mead Township.
In addition to a patch, the emblem is being used on building signage and equipment.
